Assembly and test
In addition to advanced machining, TP Machining also has the necessary equipment, as well as experienced and skilled personnel, to perform the assembly of complete products according to customers’ drawings and specifications.
We can also perform functional and pressure tests in accordance with customers’ procedures. In our dedicated pressure test area, we can carry out tests up to 2,500 bar within a temperature range of –70°C to +180°C. We place great emphasis on safety and accuracy, and all pressure tests can be electronically logged to document the results.
Our 1,200 m² assembly and test area is equipped with an overhead transverse crane with a 10-ton capacity, as well as easy access for forklift trucks.
